Black reflective glass is usually packaged in plywood crate, and separate the two layers of glass with powder. If the order is patterned glass, we will choose paper to separate. When loading containers, the warehouse will be fixed with steel bands.If you have special packaging requirements, we also can customize them.

The methods of glass coating are divided into four categories: chemical deposition method, thermal evaporation plating, mechanical method (including spraying and impregnation methods) and the current relatively advanced magnetron base emission coating.

The general process of glass coating is: cleaning the glass surface → drying → spraying a metal layer → light curing→ spraying a second layer of metal → photo curing

As general we have products of sizes 4-12mm in stock. For other products, we should confirm through communication.

Our MOQ is one 20 feet container (25Tons).

Products of different sizes and specifications could be mixed in one container.

We can offer samples for free. The freight is paid by buyers.
